OUR CLUBHOUSES

Our community boasts two clubhouses that provide our owners and guests with various outdoor areas and amenities.

CLUBHOUSE 1 ... has a central location. Inside you will find a hot tub (open daily from 8 AM-10 PM); a small fitness room; a heated, salt-water lap pool (open seasonally from  9AM - 10PM); ladies' and mens' restrooms with showers and saunas; a coin-operated laundry room (open 24/7); and a large open room overlooking pool area with chairs, tables, a flat-screen TV, WiFi access, and fireplace ... a great room for quiet relaxation or group gatherings.

CLUBHOUSE 2 ...  is located closer to the New London Turnpike entrance. Inside this sun-filled clubhouse you'll find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, a fireplace, a wet bar, a unisex restroom and a small coin-operated laundry room (open 24/7). Outside enjoy soaking up the sun, reading a book or taking a swim in our saltwater pool (open seasonally from 9AM - 10 PM) .

 A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ... 

​

  • Both pools are open daily from 9 AM - 10 PM (seasonally)

  • Please remove any and all items brought to pool areas

  • Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult

  • No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles are permitted 

  • Smoking is prohibited in and around the clubhouses

  • Toys of any kind are not allowed in the pools

  • Flotation devices of any kind are not allowed in the pools

  • There are no lifeguards on duty at any time at either pool
